INCLUSIVE - FLEXIBLE - TRANSFORMATIVE
Yoga Quota's 200 hour teacher training is broken down into 19 modules, covering topics ranging from asana & alignment, through to ethics & philosophy, practical teaching advice, meditation techniques and class sequencing (see a full list of topics below).
We believe there’s no better way to learn than through experience, which means that you’ll be teaching from the first weekend.
Teaching practice will become more autonomous and independent as the course progresses, ensuring that you graduate feeling confident.
To suit you & your schedule, we have two delivery options for you to choose from.

Our flexible modules are designed to be taken in almost any order. As long as you complete all 19 module within 18 months of commencing, you can take our modules in any order that suits you and your lifestyle.

Who can take this course?
If you feel the desire, passion and interest to do your yoga teacher training, we want to make that happen for you!
You don't have to be a spaghetti noodle or acrobat, or have years of experience. The only questions you need to ask yourself are: do I enjoy yoga? do I want to learn more?
We welcome trainees of all ages, shapes, abilities & experience levels.
If you have a history of injuries, that's ok too! You can get in touch with us to discuss beforehand, but often injuries can be the best teachers.
What do I need to read?
We are book worms at Yoga Quota! The core texts will be referenced in class and you are required to have a copy.
Will I be able to teach charity classes?
Yoga Quota’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training helps prepare not only amazing yoga teachers, but teachers that are committed and confident in spreading the benefits of yoga.
We aim to empower our trainees to give back to their communities by helping them establish relationships with charities and support services in their area. Our trainees are encouraged to teach inclusively and with love and respect for every student, regardless of ability, gender, age, religion, sexuality, or ethnicity.

Trainees taking an intensive delivery can swap up to 5 modules for flexible delivery dates, depending on availability.

We chose to be accredited with Yoga Alliance as our students are international folk and we appreciate their rigour.
After you graduate you will be eligible to register as a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Hours).
You can also become a Yoga Quota Badgeholder, and we’ll help support you to spread the benefits of yoga for marginalised groups in your area.
Will I have opportunities to practice teaching?
Absolutely! Finding teaching experience can be really tough as a new teacher, so we've created a class on our studio schedule for you to practice teaching with real clients!
Green Vinyasa is run by trainee teachers and is an amazing experience & opportunity to practice teaching in a studio environment.
There's no pressure to teach, so the opportunity is there when you want it. All you need is trainee insurance.
Is there any support once I've graduated?
We don't just spit you out at the end of the training without any ongoing support. We provide you with support to find charity classes in your area, and are always happy to answer questions!

Your £600 deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your enrollment after paying your deposit but prior to commencing any modules, you will receive a refund on your payments towards modules (your deposit remains non-refundable).
