Prices, Student discount and Payment The prices are subject to change and are clearly stated on the online booking system before purchase and on the website. To be eligible for a discount (eg. student discount) a valid ID must be shown at the first class or emailed to hello@yogaquota.com when you have set up an account. Unfortunately we cannot give change at the studio, so appreciate correct change for cash payments. We can also accept card payment in person or online.
Membership To come to the classes, even as a drop-in Yoga Quota will ask for your email address to register as a member. Membership does not incur any subscription fees. It is at the discretion of Yoga Quota to refuse membership to individuals.
Auto-renewal unlimited membership This contract gives you unlimited classes at all Yoga Quota studios and auto-renews each month for your convenience. In order to use this pricing option the user agrees to allow the contract to renew at least five times (resulting in a six month total) before expressing their wish to cancel their agreement. Should the user wish to cancel their agreement early, they will be required to pay a buy out fee of £37.50 per month remaining on their contract. The user can freeze their pass for free up to 2 times a year. Any additional freezes cost £10. Yoga Quota reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, prices and benefits of this contract at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the contract with reasonable notice via email.
Booking classes Booking in advance is highly recommended, particularly for evening classes, as we do not reserve spaces for drop-ins. To book on the online booking system Yoga Quota requires full payment upfront. You may pay by cash as a drop-in, however we cannot reserve your space in the class if you are a drop-in. Booking workshops, retreats or appointments will require payment online in full.
Cancelling your class Yoga Quota runs a very flexible cancellation policy. Up to 5 hours prior to the advertised start of the class that you have booked on, you may cancel and have a full refund of your class pass. However, less than 5 hours prior to the advertised start of the class, you will still have to pay in full for cancellations. This is to make it feasible for people on the waiting list to take your place at the class, yet still allows flexibility for your changing schedule. Cancellations are best made through the online booking system, but you can also email hello@yogaquota.com
Waiting listsIf the class is full you can still book into the waiting list and when there is a cancellation you are notified by email and put on the class.
If you don't get onto the class you don't lose your class pass
You must have your account set to receive auto emails or you won't be notified of the space
Usually spaces come up 5 hours before the class so check then to see if you are on the class
People on the waiting list often pop along to the class anyway just incase someone doesn't turn up (which will often happen) and if this happens you get priority over a drop in.
Late cancel or no show penalty We are getting so popular that no shows mean that someone missed out on yoga. If you no show or late cancel 3 times in a month we could suspend your online booking rights for a week.
Arrival times Classes start promptly at the advertised start time of the class. If you do not arrive in time, you are noted as a "late cancel" and you will still have to pay for the class. This is so we do not disturb the other clients in the class with late arrivals. Your reserved spot may be given to someone else if you do not arrive on time for class. Teachers reserve the right to refuse entry if you are late to the advertised start time of the class.
Use of facilities At the moment the facilities are limited to one room and toilets. As a member you are able to use the facilities 15 minutes before and after a class you have paid to attend, but beyond that you are unable to use the facilities. Yoga Quota may withdraw these facilities without notice for reasons such as cleaning, maintenance, repair or for reasons beyond the control of Yoga Quota.
Harassment and discrimination Yoga Quota aspires to be a safe space for everyone to practice yoga, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, body type, ability or experience. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any type of verbal, physical or sexual harassment. Anyone found exhibiting these types of behaviours will be asked to leave the studio and will have their membership permanently revoked. Payment for any classes, workshops, passes or events will not be refunded. The decision to remove a client from a class and/or the studio can be made by Yoga Quota and its staff at any time.
Limitation of liability When you register to be a member or come to the class as a drop-in you acknowledge and accept the following:
