Yoga classes are open to all experience levels. We adapt as required, toning up or down depending on who is about.
Drop-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend pre-booking your class online to reserve a space.
If you don't arrive on time late entry disrupts the experience for other students so we suggest you arrive 15 mins before and reserve the right to refuse entry if you're late
Lock out policy: Outside of Sweaty Betty opening hours, we operate a lock out policy. We pride ourselves on starting classes on time, so the entrance is locked at the start of class. This effects classes before 10am and after 6pm Monday-Saturday, and before 11am and after 5pm on Sundays.
High quality mats are provided free of charge.

Not sure which pass is best? If you plan on practicing more than twice per week, our unlimited passes are the best value.
