You can book into our Pregnancy Yoga classes using any of our regular studio passes. Once you've booked it, you'll be sent a short health questionnaire to be completed before you attend your first Pregnancy Yoga class.
We advise that this class is only suitable after 12 weeks of pregnancy (or your first scan), and can be attended all the way through to your due date if you're feeling good.
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are limited to a maximum of 10 clients, so you can be assured of plenty of attention. Class time is approximately 55 minutes.
