You have probably already met Sarah at the studio and possibly have been taught by her too. She has really impressed me with her teaching and energy with the charity classes and I can't wait to have her on our Oxford schedule permanently from February-ish.... Say hey and welcome when you see her at the studio!
I first came to yoga as a dancer, looking to further my flexibility and strength. On my mat, I ended up finding the space and grace to love myself, exactly as I am.
In 2016, I completed my 200-hour training through Yoga Alliance, in the United States. My classes are Vinyasa-based and taught with empathy, aiming to foster mindfulness and self-acceptance.
My teaching passion, is to bring yoga to refugees and individuals in prison. I believe the holistic benefits of yoga can empower an individual to be a light in the world - and this kind of empowered living should be available to everyone.
