Nostalgia. This time 10 years ago I was being force fed absinth by my college father, meeting my soon-to-be life long friends and about to embark on the heavily antipated, not a little scary, and headache filled week that is Freshers' week. Enjoy guys!
Why I thought absinth would be a good idea, when my drinking experience had consisted in the past of at worst a white lightning or scrumpy jack in a park or at best a treasured vodka that I'd managed to wheedle out of some older man who actually had ID and was allowed to be in the club, I don't know. But there we are. I think Cindies* was fun that night?
Welcome to student-dom potential Yoga Quota devotees! If you are not too jaded by Freshers' by Wednesday, Thursday and Friday you will see Yoga Quota at the Freshers' Fair. I will be there in force handing out free classes like nobody's business. Spot me in a corner with the 'Lady' and a pile of flyers. Come and chat if you have the time.
Don't worry I wont ask you to sign up to anything and then bombard you with emails for the rest of your long degrees. Choices made at the fair are not usually good ones in terms of email sign-ups....ahem ultimate frisbee??? poetry and wine society??? don't ask.
I'll just tell you about the "50 classes = one free class for charity" thang and how to get your free class.
