This is FREE for YOU! So many of us are dealing with mental health concerns especially as busy, stressed out students of Oxford!
So we are so excited to be building upon our popular charity classes with SANE and Oxford Student Minds this academic year! Now there is twice as much charity yoga at our studio to support Student Mental Health. If you are a current student, you can join Harriet for free yoga for Oxford Student Minds on Tuesdays 1:30-2:30pm and SANE on Wednesdays 1:30-2:30pm. The practice is a gentle vinyasa, designed to help manage those many hours sitting at a desk and studying hard.
These spots get quite full, so to secure your spot in advance, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your student ID & the date of the session you’d like to attend. Sessions start Tuesday 10 October (First Week). You can still drop in of course, though priority will be given to those that have emailed ahead. Spaces strictly limited to 15.
