Introducing the new class for Wednesday evenings! It's going to be long and luscious!
Thanks to popular demand from my Yoga Quotees I've set up this class. We will hold poses for a long time (not quite yin time but longer than a normal vinyasa class) and we will have a guided meditation at the end followed by a longer Savasana.
If you're interested in exploring mindfulness then this is for you!
