I'm so stoked to introduce Meditation Shorts, a series of mini-meditation sessions which will be ran by Harriet.
Meditation can reap so many benefits for you body and mind, but the prospect of committing to a new habit can be daunting. Yoga Quota’s Meditation Shorts are your perfect intro to meditation. There’s no fuss and no time-heavy commitments, just a quick 15 minute bliss bomb.
Each session features a fully-guided meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. And every session will be an opportunity to taste-test a different style and type of meditation, allowing you to explore meditation in a expectation-free environment.
Saturdays 12.35pm - 12.50pm
No need to book, just show up.
