This Easter have a lovely time and a little yoga in your life.
Yoga is an art of being present, so wherever you are now, notice something around you...it could be a dingey car park lit up by the sun or a flower like the one I picked up here, or just a friend's smile. Happy Easter being present!
If you want to do some hatha (physical) yoga practice too try your own timed sun salutations. Try and extend each movement/transition to 5 seconds each (5 secs forward fold, 5 flat back, 5 plank chaturanga, 5 up dog, 5 down dog) and repeat for say 10...it's pretty hard actually!
