We have a new free weekly class especially for people with body positivity issues. We have designed it for people who are recovering from Bulimia, Anorexia and other eating disorders. People can be referred from Wings Counselling if they are able to exercise gently in order to get the self love learning from yoga. Thank you so much for the helpful advice from Marianne at CREDO making sure we do this responsibly.
If you are recovering from body positivity issues but not with Wings Counselling we will need a note from your GP which will allow you to participate.
