Yoga gets good when you do it regularly, and daily yoga is great! So we challenge you to practice some yoga every day this month. No cost and it doesn't have to be at our studio!
All you need to do is put your name up on the 28day challenge board at our studio and tally off your sessions.
It's an honesty thing so I'm not going to be checking up on you!
To quote Cassie from last year-

Yes, this is usually a 30 day challenge but February is a great month to encourage yourself to continue with a good habit- and unfortunately it only has 28 days in it! Go with it!

Just a warning... Yoga Quota isn't one of your glossy, high end, gym style, yoga studios with changing rooms, eons of space, big profits and fake Buddha statues. So if you're expecting that you'll be disappointed.
We are a registered charity. We skrimp and save so that all the profits we make go to teaching for free to marginalised groups. All our teachers give their time to do this. Every lovely client who pays to come to our humble studio spaces make that happen and can track their effect through our quota system.
