Restorative yoga, where you hold gentler poses (even cosier than Yin!) for long periods of time (anywhere from 10-20 minutes) can be one of the most rewarding styles of practice. I’ve often left restorative classes slightly worried about driving home safely, they’re just that relaxing. Envisage floating on your own personal yoga cloud of relaxation, comfort and bliss.

You know (I'm sure I bang on about it all the time) asana is only a comfortable posture, and its more recent doing all this physical excersise asana. And furthermore, asana is only one of the 8 limbs which make up the system of yoga.
