We've all had that Sunday night feeling. The dread for Monday morning. It kind of ruins the evening right? You can't quite settle into your film because you're thinking of your commute or early start. You don't want to go to bed or Monday will come sooner. But you can't relax either!
Well, for once in a lifetime, now I've started Yoga Quota that Sunday night dread is turned on its head! (Cheesy, I'm so very sorry!)
I know my Monday is bringing me some lovely students from Vancouver, a smile from the people in Lush, a tea from Chatime (cutest little tea house in Oxford), lunch from SESI refill. I have to say, the Sunday night feeling is pretty positive tonight.
That said, I have had 12 + years AT LEAST of dealing with 'the dread' and what I did for it is a quick yoga session. Nothing like a child's pose for calming you. Nothing like balancing (or trying to) on one leg to take your mind off Monday!
You still have time. Finish off your week with a mini-asana. Tell me if it makes a difference! I'm about to do mine.
