Ok so I'm a complete beginner in meditation (if you don't count the meditative qualities of a strong yoga practice)
So it is an aim from the Christmas period and into the new year to get better and get along the journey to enlightenment more. Enjoying the process of course.
So far I am keen on these three things to help:
2) Buddhist meditation app
3) An occasional visit to the mindfulness centre on Broad Street Oxford.
