It's about now on a challenge that we look back and think argh I have missed x number of days how will I keep up?
It's tempting to give up but DON'T! just write off your no-yoga days and do some now instead!
It's tempting to look at that person who always seems to manage to do yoga better than you too..... NOOOOO! Dont look at him/her your practice is just yours and don't compare yourself!
This is a tough day in the challenge but we'll get through and reap benefits of daily yoga bit by bit for the rest of the month....
