This weekend I taught another two classes for OWSC. The women who attended were - as always - lovely. It was lots of fun and I look forward to offering them more classes next term.
Oxford Women Self Care is a group of amazing women who assemble to support one another, promote mental health and encourage self-care. Yoga and meditation are frequently brought up as means of self-care within the group, so we thought we'd offer them another few free classes to promote this message and spread the yoga love.
The women that came to the class were, as always, wonderful. We practiced a yin/yang style class, beginning with a dynamic vinyasa flow and ending in peaceful yin postures. The feedback I got was really positive - mostly about how chilled out everyone was feeling. :)
I look forward to practicing with this group again soon. x
